Been getting hit with this a lot also.

Seems to only be Solo Warzone or that is primarily what I play.

Pulling out the Heartbeat Sensor will spike traffic, drop frames, increase ping then catch up.

Running a duo and my teammate had what looked like a smoke stream trailing him. Throughout the match the smoke stream filled in more becoming more visible.

Not sure if other players in game saw it or was unique to just me.
