Today we are announcing federal charges against Hanh Minh Nguyen, 75, of Anaheim, under the PACT Act for luring a puppy under her minivan with food, then deliberately driving over and killing him.
President Trump signed the 2019 PACT Act into law, expanding previous federal legislation by making severe forms of animal cruelty federal felonies.

The state will also be handling litter cleanup and other maintenance under a previous agreement that was terminated last week. City officials say the state wanted to curb costs.

The City's C.O.O telling KOB today "We weren't given a plan on how they plan to address all these areas"
The state says the agreement was never meant to be ongoing.

A suspicious letter addressed to my Santa Fe office was intercepted before it arrived. Democratic congressional offices across the country received letters like this with a powdery substance inside.
The history of deadly anthrax attacks makes threats like these especially frightening. They are meant to intimidate the congressional staff who serve our communities and help New Mexicans every day.
Terrorizing public servants is wrong. We will not be intimidated, and we will keep serving New Mexico.
Thank you, USPS, USPIS, and Capitol Police for keeping our team safe.
