The move comes one day before the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision.
The gular program designed to improve liquidity in the Treasury market, not a new stimulus program.

The Dutch central bank has published its first official breakdown of household crypto holdings, revealing €3.2 billion held with domestic crypto providers as of June 2026.
Bitcoin accounts for €1.5 e total, followed by Ethereum at €300 million. Stablecoins represent less than 1%.

JASON CALACANIS DECLARES BITCOIN WILL NEVER HIT AN ALL-TIME HIGH AGAIN, MICHAEL SAYLOR FIRES BACK
Venture capitalist Jason Calacanis is urging investors to sell Bitcoin and move their money into AI, arguing that Bitcoin offers little value beyond being a store of value.
coin will revisit $57,000 within 12 months, claims ETF outflows will continue, and calls Bitcoin a "dead network" whose viral appeal has faded.
"Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again," he declared.
Michael Saylor pushed back, arguing that AI and Bitcoin serve complementary purposes.
"AI creates abundance. Bitcoin enforces scarcity. One expands humanity’s ability to create value. The other lets us preserve and transfer it across time and space."
Saylor concluded that the world needs both digital intelligence and digital capital.

A brutal year for Bitcoin is just getting started.
Give me three minutes to explain why you should dump it now.
Outflows from ETFs are signal and will continue.
We will test the 57k low again in the next 12 months.
Why?
Because there are far too many dynamic places to creating MUCH more value.
Why put your resources into a dead network that offers nothing beyond a store of value?
What's the point of place the BTC be if Bitcoin's Ponzi-scheme nature has gone away!?!
The viral nature of bitcoin was it's power... if you didn't own you were MOCKED!
Now? Completely reasonable, heck, SMARTER, to ignore bitcoin and place other bets!
No one is trying to convince people to buy Bitcoin anymore... the memes and NFTs are gone.
No one is saying $ BTC can change the world, because it won't — and BECAUSE AI HAS!
Just sell and shift from Bitcoin to Super Intelligence because one provides little to no value, and the other provides unlimited upside for humanity.
This should be obvious to everyone right now.
Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again.

🇺🇸 COINBASE SAYS JPMORGAN, CITI AND PNC ARE USING ITS INFRASTRUCTURE TO BRING CRYPTO SERVICES TO BANK CUSTOMERS
Coinbase Institutional co-CEO Brett Tejpaul says major U.S. banks are increasingly relying on Coinbase to power digital asset services.
But the partnerships differ Private Bank clients can buy, sell and hold Bitcoin directly through PNC’s platform.
• JPMorgan Chase: Integrating Chase accounts, cards and rewards with Coinbase, rather than offering Bitcoin trading inside its banking app.
• Citi: Working with Coinbase on stablecoin payments for businesses.
The bigger story is that traditional banks are beginning to integrate crypto infrastructure without necessarily building their own.
For now, PNC is the clearest example of Bitcoin trading being offered directly through a bank’s platform.
