The Hoodi upgrade to Glamsterdam has been postponed. This release is identical to 26.10.0 but will not activate Glamsterdam on Hoodi networks.

Discv4 is still the default mode in this release. --Xv5-discovery-enabled flag is removed. Use --discovery-mode=BOTH or --discovery-mode=V5 to enable DiscV5.NOTE: KNOWN ISSUE with --discovery-mode=BOTH (increased CPU) - will be patched in our NEXT release
