🏴☠️ Hook was my favourite film as a kid (I saw it aged 6 and loved it so much I learnt the entire script).
🌟 Maggie Smith is utterly captivating as Wendy Darling and she became one of my favourite actors thereafter.
👇 Here are some warming words about her by Danny Lee Wynter…

#edfringe show 50: #LORENZO by @BenTarget. Wanted to see this for ages. As expected I wasn't disappointed. Poignant, funny, considered and thoughtful on a subject matter that is difficult for some (me) to get their heads around. Also features @AltComMemSoc permitted heckle no. 1.

When Israel bombed the first hospital in Gaza the world would not believe it.
Israel said it was a misfired Hamas rocket and the mainstream media went into protection mode.
Israel has now destroyed all 36 hospitals, and bombed multiple refugee camps in Gaza… and not a single om the mainstream media or western governments…🇮🇱🇵🇸

@spaldingrich @Crowded__Room "Lorenzo" by @BenTarget: Ben Target is a critically-acclaimed performance artist and multi award-winning comedian, but in 2020 he gave this up to become the live-in carer for an irascible octogenarian prankster.
