Yesterday this fox was one of SIX hunted by the Fitzwilliam Hunt.
With the hunting community desperately clutching at straws trying to deny the fact that for over 20 years they've been using "trail" hunting as a smokescreen, hunts such as the Fitzwilliam are doing everything in eir own side wrong.
A recent news report quoted Worcestershire Hunt Master Adrian Ward as saying "We're in the open countryside...but we do put everything in place that we can." We wonder what he would say about six foxes being hunted during one cub hunting meet?
Hunts and their 'governing bodies' are not working together, they are a contradiction in terms, and still after twenty plus years cannot get their stories straight which only further exposes their lies.

Here’s the incomparable Dave Allen discussing how to teach your child the time. It’s one of the most perfectly delivered stand up comedy performances of all time. Absolute genius.

Brian May resigned from the RSPCA, the organisation created specifically to protect animals from cruelty, because he no longer believed it was doing enough to prevent that cruelty. His decision, announced on Instagram, quickly turned into something much bigger. Ricky Gervais and her celebrities in calling for change, more than 60 animal protection organisations signed a petition, the RSPCA opened an internal investigation, and its own Chief Executive eventually announced that he would step down.
May had served as a Vice President of the RSPCA since 2012. For twelve years he had raised money and campaigned for animal welfare. But in September 2024 he learned what had been happening on some farms carrying the RSPCA Assured label. Investigations had uncovered overcrowding, poor hygiene, and cases of physical abuse on more than 40 certified farms. Major supermarkets were signed up to the scheme, so customers could see the RSPCA label and believe they were paying extra for higher standards.
May gave the organisation time to respond. In the end he felt the response was completely inadequate. On September 26, 2024, he posted his resignation letter on Instagram. “It is with profound sadness and not without massive soul-searching that today I have to offer my resignation as a vice-president of the RSPCA. Good folks out there are still paying extra for animal produce with the RSPCA sticker on it — thinking they are protecting farm animals from cruelty. In the end there was no other option for me.”
The following day Bryan Adams, Moby, Ricky Gervais, Joanna Lumley and others signed an open letter urging the RSPCA to abandon the scheme. More than 60 animal protection organisations signed it. The RSPCA launched an internal review and its Chief Executive announced he would step down by the end of the year.
Brian May walked away from the animal protection organisation he had supported for twelve years because he believed it was not providing enough protection to animals. And somehow there may be no decision more perfectly Brian May than that.

This is Skye. He was lured out of Kruger National Park in South Africa a few weeks ago and illegally killed by JARED WHITWORTH from Kentucky during a safari hunt. Skye’s life was worth more than the amusement of a hunter. It’s time to #BanTrophyHunting once and for all!

The BBC has agreed to pay £400,000 to an award-winning Jewish documentary-maker who alleged she was subjected to antisemitism and pushed out of the corporation after October 7.
Lucie Kon, 57, spent 22 years at the BBC and worked on programmes including Panorama, Today, BBC e. Films she commissioned or helped produce won an Oscar, Emmy and Bafta.
Kon says her treatment changed dramatically after the Hamas attacks. She alleges colleagues described Zionists like her as “evil”, argued that Israel should be called terrorist if Hamas was, and told her to consider what had driven Hamas to carry out the massacre.
When she proposed a documentary about October 7, Kon says she was told she was “too partial” to oversee it because she was Jewish.
She subsequently filed a formal grievance, but a BBC investigation rejected her complaint. Kon says she was then kept away from work for months. During a restructuring, her position was made redundant and she failed to secure the similar role replacing it.
She launched unfair-dismissal proceedings.
The BBC has now agreed substantial compensation, reported as £400,000, without admitting liability or accepting that Kon suffered antisemitism.
Kon says Jewish employees still at the corporation continue to face hostility and feel unable to identify openly as Jewish or Zionist.

49 years in captivity, and @CityofEdmonton is still giving Lucy PR promises instead of real care.

Let’s be honest, a small indoor pool won't fix spending harsh Edmonton winters trapped inside, nor will it erase 20+ years of isolation will it @AndrewKnack
