The only issue is that Luffy was already at the village in the beginning of the chapter while Imu was still fighting Loki.
Jinbe is saying this after Loki's defeat, there's no way for Imu & Luffy to be heading to the village simultaneously

@Barca_Wizard I just think Oda isn’t as good as he used too be, hes getting less and less concise … I think he’s saying Luffy and Imus haki was on the move BUT Luffy has already arrived at the location
I would love for it to be Zoro but unfortunately I don’t think it is

It's okay to think that Oda is differentiating Nika's Haki from Luffy's but as you note, both Luffy and Nika can't be in seperate locations.
I guess I'll have to wait for the Viz to see what they say but it's differently worded in a way to create speculation.

There could be an explanation that the Reason Jinbe separates the Haki with Luffy is because rn he's being possessed by Nika but If he was referring to Nika then the "Haki" he sensed should already at the village and not still Heading there🤔

Maybe you read a different translations but from what I read, Jinbe differentiate Luffy being at the village (Which we saw at the beginning of the chapter) from the two Haki coming to the village.

We don't have current location of zoro as of now.
Jinbe pretty much know about zoro coc presence and his worried face tells who is 2nd guy.

I personally think that Zoro falls into the underworld after he cut the branch with Sommers but I'm willingly to entertain the idea that he's on his way to the village given his close proximity.
