Blaming Obamacare doesn't work anymore. The GOP could have a health plan and run on it, yet they don't. They could have a housing plan and run on it, but they don't. I want to win 2028 but the GOP won't by saying things are bad an never fixing them
So glad Obama got us the affordable care act to make health care so much
more affordable…

I'm sorry but Hilton hasn't lived in CA long enough to tell us who to vote for. The DSA is worse than anything imaginable. Pratt didn't have ballot harvesting and I keep asking if Hilton does. Bass is awful but Ramen would be worse, unfortunately
Voting Karen Bass is morally unacceptable. She has been a complete disaster. There must be accountability. You cannot reward her with your vote.
Yes, Nithya Raman is a DSA extremist. But she would be no worse than Bass. Do not vote for either.
Los Angeles: I am your only hope.

AI and Data Centers was a cash grab for so many. There will be a bubble. Remember the conservatives in media who pushed this. @ChrisLoesch @MZHemingway @IngrahamAngle
@chamathuch.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

I want change but no, they ate not. The posts like this doesn't help either. There needs to be $$$ and a lot for voter registration and local races. Spencer Pratt raised a lot but is he using it for voter registration drives or ballot harvesting? There are a lot of influencers now but it comes down to $$, knocking on doors, registration and ballot harvesting. Does Hilton have ballot harvesting everywhere?
Gavin and radical left Democrats are freaking out because they are losing California.

The problem is the whole system. I like this podcast but they focus on the real estate as they should, but they sometimes miss that putting someone new in won't do anything. When you run for office you will see many developers and business leaders support the people who cause all of this. Instead if organizing and changing one district at a time. It can be done but it takes $$
Graham tells Nithya Raman how getting ONE ADU approved in LA turned into a $40,000 sewer repair, an $8,000 sidewalk permit, and a 6-month delay…
“So we go in to try to fix the sewer line. It's $40,000... But to get to the sewer line, you have to break the sidewalk… That was a delay of about six months.”

Notice @KeanForCongress never cares about Americans this much. This is the GOPs message a week before midterms. Ukraine 1st and Americans 2nd?
I wrote directly to President Trump last night about three important issues as it relates to Ukraine.
Steadfast support for Ukraine is more critical than ever.

Why would an American company be required to fight a war for a foreign government who isn't even an ally. Kind of crazy that Swalwells best friend, Gallego, is attacking @elonmusk when he stopped the Russian invasion when he gave Ukraine Starlink. @ZelenskyyUa has made a huge political error. He should have worked this out privately
So it was you ? Just answer the subpoena truthfully and we can figure out the truth.

This is how good the music scene used to be. this song only got to 12th on Billboard.
Released in 1996 as the second single from Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, “1979” became the Smashing Pumpkins' biggest American hit, reaching No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on both the Modern Rock Tracks and Mainstream Rock Tracks charts. The album was × Platinum in the United States. “1979” was almost left off the album: producer Flood gave Corgan a final deadline to complete the unfinished song or remove it from the record. Corgan went home, finished the lyrics that night, and returned the next day with a new demo that convinced Flood to keep it.
Billy Corgan wrote the track as a nostalgic reflection on adolescence and the transition into adulthood. Although the title refers specifically to the year Corgan was 12, the song is less a literal autobiography than an idealised reflection on what it felt like to be young.

Correct.
Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.
Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.
Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.
Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.
Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.
SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.
That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.
End of story.

STARLINK WORKS THE SAME WAY ITS ALWAYS WORKED. ITS NOT A WEAPONS SYSTEM, NO MATTER HOW MUCH UKRAINE WANTS IT TO BE.

The problem is Trump has is he has given the AI billionaires everything they want, conservative media for some reason( probably were paid $$$$) went all in on data centers and for working Americans saying home ownership is less affordability, they get a random executive order that feels like it's an after thought
BREAKING: Trump has signed an executive order that aims to reduce mortgage costs as rising interest rates and inflation make homeownership less affordable, per CNBC

Again, @IngrahamAngle doesn't say how things will get better if GOP remains in power. Just Dems are bad. That's a mistake, you have to have something to vote for and not just against
