I had a great time working out at @GreenWaveFB today. I really enjoyed the time spent with @ricky_figurell and @C_Forestier1991 and getting to work with them. I can’t wait to be back in Uptown this Fall!

Kennesaw State University @kennesawstfb long snapper Ben Blanton made the trip to Eau Claire WI to chase perfection!
Ben and I were able to meet for the first time at my Pro Prep Camp down in Florida. He got to experience what my coaching was like and decided that he wanted to .
During our eval we noticed that his hands, wrists, and upper body lacked mobility that would help him with ball speed and consistency. We started with rolling and hitting some different movements to loosen him up while getting him to feel what it was like to relax his body through movement rather than tense up.
We then focused on body control and the feeling of being whippy! A lot of different movements and drills all geared toward helping him become more aware of his body helped him dial in.
Ben did a great job of picking up on the details and I’m looking forward to continuing to help him chase perfection!
