I feel this mom's disappointment for her son being turned down for childcare due to his food allergies. I was also turned a few times for this reason, but there IS a place for our kids and being turned down just helped us find it sooner rather than later! 😎@AllergicLiving

Excellent advice from @AllergicLiving and Dr. Scott Sicherer on staying safe on the bus with #foodallergies. I love that the advice includes teaching kids to say no to an adult who offers them food or treats. It surprised me how many adults tried to give my son dessert!🤨
