International law in accordance with the UN Charter is based on mutual constraints and sovereign equality. However, states do not constrain themselves, and international law can therefore only exist under a balance of power. Under the hegemonic era over the past 30 years, there al West to constrain itself. The new rules of humanitarian interventionism, global war of terror, democracy promotion entailed sovereignty for "us", but not for others. The constraints on the Political West were reduced, and a new world order formed based on the logic from Animal Farm, in which all states are equal, but some are more equal than others. International law (mutual constraints) began to fall apart to give way to the hegemonic "rules-based international order" in which the Political West did what it wanted under the guise of supporting liberal democracy. In the language of Thucydides: "The strong do what they can, and the weak suffer what they must". The hegemonic order is now over, yet international law has been weakened under the rules based international order. Incompetent European leaders are now advocating for a hegemonic order they are no longer part of, no longer functions, and will eventually destroy Europe.

China respects Venezuela’s sovereignty and independence and believes the Venezuelan government will properly handle its internal affairs in accordance with its constitution and laws, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Monday. Lin made the remarks when hina has had any contact with Venezuelan Acting President Delcy Rodriguez and whether China will continue importing Venezuelan oil.

مذ وعيت على الدنيأ وانا اسمع هذه العبارة على التلفاز:
"نعرب عن ادانتنا - نعرب عن ادانتنا - نعرب عن ادانتنا" .
وسرعان ما تتبعها شتائم والدي الذي كان يجلس في صدر الصالة بنزق وحنق!!
فهمت "الشتائم" بالرغم من تركيباتها المعقدة!
لكن "نعرب عن إدانتنا" ظلت لغزاً يعكر فسحة طفولتي!
الأطفال يلهون في الحي .. وأنا قابع في الركن الخفي أبحث عن معنى "نعرب عن إدانتنا" !
عزام يجمع "الزراقيف" ويتصدر البطولة ،
وأنا تائه في غياهب الجب أبحث عن المعنى!
عزت أكمل العالم الثامن في لعبة ماريو!
وانا تائه في غياهب الجب ابحث عن المعنى !
زياد اتقن قيادة الدراجة بيد واحدة!

اصدقائي يتحدثون عن تسديدة بسام التي مزقت الشباك ، بينما اقاطعهم سائلا:

صحوت مذعوراً .. اسرعت أمي لرؤيتي:

شتمتني وأغلقت الباب!
تعلمت الطاعة ولم أعرف المعنى!
كبرت .. تزوجت .. رزقني الله بطفل .. ليس هنالك ماهو أجمل من مخلوق صغير يكبر امام عينك .. انتظرت أنا وأمه أولى كلماته قال: بابا !
بكيت فرحاً .. حملته بين ذراعي ، قلت له:
ابني حبيبي بما انك تستطيع الكلام الان ، هل تعرف ماذا يعني نعرب عن إدانتنا ؟!
شتمني!
كنت سأتعلم التربية وارسله إلى نيوتن من احدى النوافذ لكني خفت من أمه .. ماذا عنكِ .. قلت لها واكملت:
هل تعرفين ماذا يعني ... لم اكمل!
قذفتني هي بدورها من النافذة!
تعلمت الطيران ولم أعرف المعنى بعد!

لقد تعلمت الكثير خلال هذه الرحلة ..
لكني إلى حد اللحظة لست أفهم كيف تقوم اسرائيل بإحتلال وقتل واستهداف واستباحة كل مايخص العرب بينما اقصى مايفعلونه هو الإعراب عن إدانتهم!
لست أفهم .. مع ذلك اشتمهم في كل مرة!
