The DOJ has only found about 20-30 suspected non-citizens in CA so far.

Illegal voting shouldn't happen, but it's far from a "significant number."
Seth Waxman, former Solicitor General of the United States, stated on the record that California has no mechanism for segregating mail-in ballots by non-citizens from mail-in ballots from citizens. How can a state official in any state certify an election in good faith where a significant number of votes were cast by noncitizens?

The outcome of an election is affected only if the proven fraud exceeds the margin of victory.

We are not defending fraud; we are explaining basic election math.
The sleight of hand here from California is that there is no irreparable injury because even if the illegal votes are counted, the people who voted illegally can still be prosecuted after the election. That ignores the fact that the harm is done to the will of The People whose votes are diluted by votes that should not have counted, and the outcome of the entire election is affected. U.S. v. California.

Trump lost in 2020. If he can't accept an election defeat, he shouldn't be in politics.
@AngryFleasspread lies that there had been outcome-determinative fraud in the election and that he had actually won"

Yeah except that part was true.

That indictment is a joke.

"The Defendant and co-conspirators used knowingly false claims of election fraud to get state legislators and election officials to subvert the legitimate election results and change electoral votes for the Defendant's opponent, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., to electoral votes for the Defendant."

LOL yeah of all the things that didn't happen, this didn't happen the most.

GTFO you stupid commie.

No state certified the "alternative votes" in 2020.

They were totally unofficial & self-declared, like writing up your own title for a car you want to own.
@AngryFleas Alternative slates of electors are not false electors and those are nominated by the states, not the president.

You’re stupid.

One crime Trump likely committed leading up to and on J6 was 18 U.S.C. 371: Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.

(This was the 'false elector' scheme, where Trump tried to get Pence to reject Biden's Electoral College votes in key states.)
@sjaak328 @AngryFleas Please list all the crimes Trump committed on J6.

Be specific, and use evidence to support your claim.

Congress HAS made laws regarding elections. The result of those laws is that attestation is the standard for registering to vote. #fact
Gosh, Rob, you seem to have missed this part from that same clause: "...but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."

I'm sure it was just an accident on your part, and not anything disingenuous or dishonest

If poll workers forget to sign a tabulator tape, it doesn’t automatically cancel all the votes.

Also, in the case of Georgia, they counted three separate times.

You don't need proof of anything to get election data. You submit a public records request.
@AngryFleas "We don't allow anyone acess to the files needed to prove fraud, until they've proven fraud which they need the records we're not allowing them to have"
Circular reasoning
You need the records to provide the proof of why you need the records.
Retard.

It is not "sedition" to plan for Trump to make an attempt to override election results, as he did after 2020.
All 1,600 involved in the pro-democracy leaders organization that are former military members, former intelligence agents, ambassadors, and diplomats, our politicians, former USAID members, and DSA organizations should be charged with treason, sedition, and subversive activities ow the U.S. Government and declare it as illegitimate so Democrats can take control.

"Federal prosecutors expose a massive concession", it's only a "concession" to people who don't understand Federal election law.

Under current law, voters attest to citizenship. If you want the law to be different, lobby your representative.
Federal prosecutors expose a massive concession from California election officials who admit in court filings they have no mechanism to verify voter citizenship beyond self-attestation.

This US attorney is way outside his lane. The Constitution gives states the power to control elections. If he has evidence that a state is violating federal law, he can challenge it in court. Ethics laws forbid this kind of extra-judicial smear about a party in pending litigation.
Hey Fraud King 👑

We’re not waiting for them to vote. You’re not allowed to have any noncitizens on your voter rolls. “Period. Full stop.”

It doesn’t matter if some haven’t voted in a prior election.

Stop playing games. Work with us to quickly verify the names we provided and prevent noncitizens from diluting the votes of American citizens.

If you’re so convinced we’re wrong, prove it. We can clear this up in days and give everyone confidence in the upcoming election.

What are you afraid of?

President Trump did not "retire and move on" after he left office in January 2021.
Ever notice how other former presidents retired and moved on?

Meanwhile Obama shows up every October like clockwork, tossing out rehearsed one-liners, and pretending he’s still running the country.

Same lecture, new year. Hard to let go of the spotlight.

Why can't anyone ever prove these claims in court with real evidence?

(Hint: the goal is driving engagement, not the truth.)
Every election cycle, massive fraud unfolds: mail-in ballots in dumpsters, voter rolls with thousands of non-citizens, misinformation campaigns, machines failing, water pipes breaking, 3 AM ballot dumps, votes counted for weeks after Election Day, illegals voting, no ID checks, suitcases of ballots, and fake names to confuse voters. The cheating is deep and widespread.

Our elections are a joke—a banana republic. The current Congress is not interested in fixing it. So every year we watch power slip away to the communists who have rigged our elections permanently.

Election data is public for anyone to audit, with a few exceptions to protect voter privacy.

People have been looking and looking and looking and looking and looking, especially since 2020, and nobody can find this supposed "widespread fraud."
@AngryFleas The elections can't be audited by design to hide your corruption. No one trusts you thieves anymore. They know you lie cheat and steal and give preference to foreigners like the traitors you are.
