CJ Carr’s accuracy has been inconsistent the past two games. This is a big game for him. Many want to see if he can improve his ball placement and be the reason they win this game. Hetherman is an awesome DC and will present Carr with some funky defensive structures/coverages/blitzes that he’ll have to work through.

Leonard Moore vs. Malachi Toney 🍿

Hoping we get good on good with these two often throughout the game. I’m interested to see ND’s defensive game plan and if they let Moore shadow Toney. Similar to what he did vs. Makai Lemon in 2025 and how Ashton Hampton did earlier this year or if they mostly bracket Toney.

This play has popped up in my “For You”. It’s not a foul for a chop block.

The RG moves away from the DL and makes no attempt to engage. The DL then creates the contact. It’s not a combination high/low block by the offense as required by rule.

Obviously, a very tough play, but by rule, not illegal.

Marcus Freeman says that he hopes Notre Dame Stadium "is so loud when we're on defense, it really doesn't matter what Coach Ash is telling the green dot."
