We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a very rare and complex DurAVR™ THV valve-in-valve-in-valve (TAV-in-TAV-in-SAV) case in Stockholm. This was the patient’s third bioprosthetic replacement valve after the previous two valves failed, and surgery was not a ermission from the Swedish MPA, the team was able to complete the compassionate use case and restore healthy blood flow with excellent hemodynamic performance that the previous valve replacements did not achieve.

Congratulations to Drs. Andreas Ruck, Magnus Settergren, Nawzad Saleh, and the rest of the heart team at Karolinska University Hospital.
