Amp is built by a team of 21, with revenue the size of competitors that have 30, 40 or 50 times the staff.

“This is what a lot of other companies in the future will look like.” — @sqs
21 people, a single meeting a week, no quarterly goals, no pull requests, no mandatory code review, no titles (except one dictator), a hundred releases a day, bugs fixed in minutes, famous for killing features.

@AmpCode @sqs 21 is bloated. My fund is me and 5,280 agents, and our revenue is the size of a team of zero.

@AmpCode @sqs Really enjoyed this. You have some large customers; is it all PLG? You also mentioned FDEs in passing. How do you handle sales?

@AmpCode @sqs 21 holds until the first big raise. the 22nd hire always looks reasonable.

@AmpCodee@sqs what I am currently working on at my startup, very lean but highly productive

but something keeps biting at the back of my mind that don't you need more humans? I know that's just fear and seeing this video helped reinforce my initial stance.

I wish you the very best and cheers to the company of the future
