@ezeferrero El problema más grave es el desconocimiento de que para que exista transferencia de calidad tienen que existir décadas de investigación básica sólida y rigurosa.

🎉Our BioXolography paper made the inside back cover of Advanced Materials!
We used this light-sheet-based technique to 3D-bioprint complex living matter (vol >1cm³; resol > 20 µm) and to spatially pattern stiffness & (bio)functionality. doi.org/10.1002/adma.2…

Finally, we showed that BioXolography can be used for multi-materials 3D-printing. This video shows a cute Dutch tulip🌷 with a hard plastic stem and soft hydrogel-based petals

Anti-fouling poly(acrylamide) (PAM) gels are a useful tool to understand cell-materials interactions and cell behavior.🧑🏾‍🔬🧫
But.. wait.. aren't they anti-fouling?
Check out our (mini)review about strategies to biofunctionalize PAM for 2D-cell culture doi.org/10.3389/fchem.…

Mechanical and biological cues present in cell (micro)environment affect cell behavior and cell fate. PAM gels offer a controlled environment regarding those variables. But the biofunctionalization can be a struggle if you don't choose the appropriate chemistry.

We hope that this review will work as a quick guide for those who want to choose an adequate strategy for biofunctionalization of PAM gels, considering: chemo-selectivity, bio-functionality, price, time and user-friendliness of different approaches. @PaezLab @Chestnutstars
