I want to understand if there's any country on earth that has built a dominant economy while suffering from persistent power outages. Ever since the dissolution of the UEB, Uganda's power sector has been in shambles. How can a government justify exporting electricity when it's own citizens experience daily blackouts.
How are Ugandans expected to thrive economically when faced with exorbitant fuel price and constant power outages especially when the livelihood of middle class entrepreneurs rely entirely on stable electricity. The government should be transparent and admit that it has no interest in seeing ordinary Ugandans prosper. @OdrekRwabwogo previously implied that the ruling class desires a populace reduced to begging for basic survival, especially targeting communities like Baganda, in order to entrench a dynamic rule for their own children. However, let it be known that while a few may bow to this oppression, the majority will never submit, even at the cost of their lives.
