The reason being, Earlier if you took 10 hours and solved a problem in an open source project the company would genuinely appreciate you, but now with AI anyone can do it in less than 30 mins, so you dont have that leverage.

@kirat_tw For Context , I had contributed to some AI repo which raised $10 later, and I was basically very confused like is there even a point in open source contributions now. Kirat's take made it better for me!
