As we mark 43 years since #Hezbollah bombed the Marine barracks in Beirut, killing 241 American and 58 French peacekeepers, I honor those today working for peace between Lebanon and Israel, and for a better future in the region. Blessed are the peacemakers.

“Across the US, K-12 Islamic private schools received over $17m in funding from the Islamic Dev't Bank, whose shareholders include the gov'ts of Iran, Qatar, & Turkey. Many received accreditation from the Council of Islamic Schools based in No. America. Textbooks at a Texas school that received $995k from IsDB offer praise for clerics who have justified suicide bombing and defended Hamas.”

A foreign bank with Iran as its third-largest shareholder has given over $17 million to at least 50 Islamic private K-12 schools in the United States. Along with these grants, the Islamic Development Bank works with the largest Islamic K-12 school accreditation organization in the U.S., the Council of Islamic Schools based in North America (CISNA).
🏫 America’s primary and secondary schools have become targets of foreign influence campaigns.
Over $10M in QFI grants have reached nearly two dozen school districts, mainly supporting Arabic language and culture instruction.

🚨 Stuyvesant High School’s YDSA club co-signed “INTIFADA UNTIL VICTORY!”
They called themselves an “unapologetically anti-Zionist” movement and said their loyalty is to Palestine, not any elected official.
This is a public NYC high school. That slogan refers to campaigns of abbings that targeted Jewish civilians. When a school club posts it, Jewish students become the target.
The antisemitic DSA should not be anywhere near our public schools. This violates DOE policy and should’ve been removed when it was reported by United Jewish Teachers this morning.

“Do you have to be the right kind of Black to be shown at the Smithsonian?”
Filmmaker Eli Steele is questioning the Smithsonian's commitment to viewpoint diversity after his documentary “White Guilt,” which challenges progressive assumptions about race, failed to secure a public al Museum of African American History and Culture.
Correspondence reviewed by Fox News Digital shows the museum declined his proposed dates, offered a $35,000 private rental option and did not respond to a follow-up seeking alternative dates for a public screening. The Smithsonian did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

White guilt museum ghosts "White Guilt" documentary.
In August, my father, Shelby Steele, and I asked the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture (@NMAAHC) to host a public screening of our new documentary, "White Guilt," followed by a conversation with the two of us.
The museum has done this for other films like "13th" and "I Am Not Your Negro."
Instead of an answer about a public screening, we were sent an event rental application. Unsure of what to do, we filled it out.
Then we were told our dates were unavailable, even though the museum's public calendar showed nothing on those dates. When we asked about other dates for a public screening, we were offered a private rental for $35,000.
We clarified that this is not what we had asked for. We wanted a public screening and said we were flexible on dates. The museum then stopped answering us.
@FoxNews asked the museum for comment. It didn't answer them either.
My father was born into segregation in Chicago and marched for civil rights.
He has spent decades writing about how white guilt transformed America and the West after the civil rights movement. That is why we believed our documentary belongs at this museum. Doesn't this museum belong to all Americans?
@RobertSchmad of @FoxNews interviewed @jasonrileywsj, @GlennLoury and @carolmswain. Loury watched the film and said that screening it "would certainly be an appropriate use of the platform" of the museum.
Our request remains the same: a screening at this museum. We would appreciate an answer.

When adults lead American students on walk outs to protest ICE, the war against Hamas, or in support of the Iranian regime please know that they are being primed to carry out the same types of riots we see happening in western Europe. Our schools are being turned into recruiting grounds, turning students into child soldiers.

Before 2020, my daughters' public school in Manhattan had traditions nobody thought twice about. Third graders went to Ellis Island. Fourth graders took the bus to Philadelphia to stand in Independence Hall. Every fall, Jewish parents came into the classrooms to teach the hanah. Then Covid closed the schools, and the chain broke.
When the buildings reopened, the trips were gone. The holiday visits were gone too. New parents never knew those traditions existed, so they never asked for them back.
Nobody had to cancel anything. The school only had to pause long enough for one generation of families to move on. Our school was not alone. In a 2023 survey, 40 percent of museum directors said school visits still had not recovered to pre-pandemic levels. The researcher behind it said field trips went "off a cliff" even after schools reopened.
A culture never stays empty for long. We now have a blank slate generation, and someone else is writing on it.
What did your school quietly drop after Covid? Tell me in the comments. I want to build a list.👇
