Bittensor bittensor:native ecosystem is on fire. Revenue run rate is growing 40% month over month
$35M → $50M → $70M.
Another month, another 40% MoM increase in annualized revenue across the Bittensor ecosystem.
When we published the first SubConnect Bittensor Revenue Index, we estimated that revenue-generating subnets were collectively doing around $35M in annualized , that number had grown to approximately $50M.
Today, we're estimating $70M in annualized revenue.
That's a 100% increase in just two months.
Of course, annualized revenue is a snapshot, and the real challenge is sustaining that growth while improving margins and reducing dependence on emissions, but the direction is clear.
Bittensor is growing from the inside out.
And our expectation of $100M+ in annualized revenue by the end of 2026 is getting closer.
We'll continue tracking the numbers every month through the SubConnect Bittensor Revenue Index.

Bittensor recently released Null Consensus, a major protocol update expanding subnet capacity from 256 to 2,500 participants.
It introduces a new way to determine miner rewards, giving subnet owners an alternative to Yuma Consensus.

Every cycle has one ecosystem that gets ignored until it's too late
In 2017 it was ETH, in 2021 it was SOL, in 2026 it's $TAO
We're going to look back at TAO the same way we look back at ETH in 2016

I truly believe the most important and powerful AGI system in human history will be run and organized in a decentralized way, and the protocol is most likely Bittensor.
As a subnet builder, I see endless possibilities in what this protocol enables. Bittensor has evolved a lot through real practice, and no other protocol has come this far.

i believe bittensor:native becomes a $1tn+ ecosystem by 2030 (yes, ~333x from current market cap, NFA)
TAO's price is moving at the speed of bitcoin, but the innovation is moving at the speed of AI
the exponential we'll witness from Bittensor will be shocking and my bet is unlike anything crypto has ever seen

$NEAR | $5 Reclaim = Early Innings
@damskotrades isn't selling at $5 - here are the onchain fundamentals that support their decision:
Intents Pulse | The Engine
• $30B+ settled lifetime
• That's up from ~$19B since May...
• Intents TVL at ATH ~$255M
• Confidential TVL 180+ assets, 30+ chains
Product Offerings | Shipping Weekly
• Confidential perps x @HyperliquidX
• Tokenized stocks and ETFs
• Live since Sept 22nd x @Ondo
• Confidential swaps inside @Thorwallet
• $2.4B of $ZEC moved through Intents
Supply Dynamics | Locked, Not Sold
• 100% of tokens circulating
• No VC unlock overhang
• 36% of supply staked (31% in July)
• 700K NEAR staked for AI inference
• CEX balances draining: -4M NEAR (7d)
Bullish Price Action | $1.85 to $5 in 30 days
• Outperforming BTC, ETH and SOL
• Leverage reset: perp funding near floor
• Weekly structure: range low reclaimed
• Setup for mid-range reclaim next
Products shipping, supply locked, capital flowing in and CryptoAmsterdam's stamp of approval - our team isn't selling either.

So @beffjezos is mentioning Bittensor in all but name. Interesting 🤔
If you are reading this, the only possible resistance is to build decentralized, permissionless, and sovereign AI.
Open source, self-hosting tools, RL post-training, local inference, open harnesses, we must build it all.
We must fight overcentralization with an open stack.

AI isn’t going away. Barring unprecedented global government coordination, it isn’t even slowing down.
The only real decision is whether to centralize power, or disperse it.
Do you fear the technology? Or a small number of people controlling the technology?

SN21 reached the final commercial cut. Only four of 128 Bittensor subnets did.
SubConnect's first $TAO Bittensor Revenue Index shows how narrow the field becomes:
128 subnets in Bittensor.
25 (20%) identified as generating revenue.
15 (12%) rated HIGH confidence, supported by hain data or detailed disclosure.
12 (9%) combining HIGH confidence with revenue-funded Alpha buys already running.
4 (3%) retaining all of the above with a margin rating above LOW.
The final cut is category, not performance:
1 (<1%) AI Advertising Infrastructure profile: AdTAO.
The report estimates SN21 at $500K-$700K in annual revenue, with HIGH revenue confidence, Alpha buys marked YES and a MEDIUM margin.
SN21 is generating revenue and using it to buy Alpha.
Thanks @WeAreSubConnect for putting commercial evidence at the center of the Bittensor conversation.
