Kevin Danso is a good dude but Sunderland better run that £25m obligation IMMEDIATELY after they stay up.
Think Danso’s Sunderland loan will stay just that. Can’t see them parting with actual cash for him after the amount of blunders this season.
We had loads of fans outraged we were letting him go of course….

Agreed. But Kudus needs some rotational respite before he gets mashed up.
Just like when Thomas Frank used him like a bar of soap.

@NewSpursOrder It’s not better than kudus though

The body of work to justify wanting to see Wilson Odobert at RW (to give Kudus some respite) is very small - but very potent.
There’s something there.

@NewSpursOrder The AZ Alkmaar performance too

Zero evidence of Wilson Odobert performing at RW, you say?
- 3 starts at RW (two 90’s)
- 2 wins
- Dortmund - 2 assists
- Frankfurt - constant threat
MOTM vs Dortmund too.
You don’t have to like Odobert but you also don’t have to lie 🙏🏾

@NewSpursOrder There’s absolutely zero evidence of this, the hopium fans have for rubbish players is frightening

Don’t disagree with any of this.
Bentancur will have 2 years left on his deal so would be ideal to cash in next summer also.

@NewSpursOrder He has started to grow on me but if we're trying to go for a mgw or alex scott, hes probably the one who would have to go. As much as people dont like bentancur, hes close to the best backup who won't complain about not getting minutes as much.

Huge goal and performance against Villa but the revisionism around Gallagher in that relegation run in and how he ACTUALLY played compared to bigger contributors is killing me.
@NewSpursOrder Even the myth he helped us stay up irks me.
He had a good game against Villa and if I’m generous he gave us “Energy” in the cameo vs Brighton. Muani played well against Villa and Tel had multiple good games near the end of the season, no one ever credits them with Saving us?🤷🏾♂️

We’ve noticed over time that players of a certain #hue don’t get leniency over players of a more melanated #hue but this fanbase will never be ready to have an honest discussion about that.
@NewSpursOrder The fanbase has agendas that don’t ever falter.
They’ll sit here and tell you that Tel, Odobert, Xavi etc are a waste of space yet Gallagher who offers nothing apart from cardio and occasionally box crashing is so worth his wage and outlay, lol.

I’m fine with people disagreeing about keeping Gallagher or not.
It just concerns me how much people want to keep him when we’ve watched ourselves hold onto players who aren’t good enough, for so long.

@NewSpursOrder You’re getting cooked for a valid opinion. “Very good signing and he’s had about three good games in 10 months”
Bear in mind he’s on near 200k P/W too, it’s a joke.

Thank you for having a rational and sensible opinion.
@NewSpursOrdereen good of the bench but wouldn’t sell in Jan, would probably wait till summer but he’s a good player but for next season we need people coming off the bench who are as close to the technical level coming off the pitch and Gallagher doesn’t cut it technically but he’s a workhorse tho

Probably the only rational Gallagher reply thus far, thank you Martin.
@NewSpursOrder Id keep a good squad player and will be needed next season if we land European football......
Decisions need to be made in summer on below though
Solanke
Odogie cant stay fit
Oderbert
Tel
Maddison cant stay fit
Deki maybe injury related
Xavi maybe injury related

The reactions to us wanting Gallagher gone ASAP is very funny.
“Clickbait”, “talking bollox”, “not a real fan”.
It’s cool.

It makes me very, VERY happy that Gallagher exit talk is ramping up.
Full fee, loan with an obligation, just get this guy outta here in January and rip the No.8 shirt off his back.

X7.
Demon nearly home.
Demon nearly home.
Excl: Xavi Simons to enter final phase of his recovery later this month, including reintegration into team training at Tottenham.
Xavi ahead of schedule and on track to be involved with the squad again, 7 months after his ACL injury.
